Friday having continued to transmit to the North Korea hundreds of documents on nuclear
technology, while at the same time the United States reproached Korea for wanting to
reactivate its program of nuclear armaments. The Minister for Energy confirmed that
approximately 3100 documents were to be transmitted to the North Korea. Three hundreds

Washington plans to stop these technology transfers, started
in 1996, which were to make it possible Korea to develop two small nuclear
