We do not have, out of the United States, of complete vision of the Bush administration. Only some of its personalities is known abroad. They however train a coherent team which leads a « révolution
new-preserving » in complete rupture with the history and the values of their country. In less than three years, George W Bush seized the capacity with the complicity of the Supreme Court, in spite of the votes of the voters ; the principal provisions of Bill of Rights were suspended ; a monitoring orwellian system of each citizen was set up at the favour of the USA Patriot Act ; the soldiers were authorized to intervene in the political life interior ; an apparatus of interior propaganda was constituted ; the country gave up the right of the people to have themselves and engaged in colonial campaigns in Afghanistan and Irak ; while rejecting the Protocol of Kyoto and the international penal Court, while exacerbating customs protectionism, and while ridiculing the Security Council, it called into question all the systems of international regulation. It is not more than one simple change of
policy which it acts, but of a new mode.
